NorthNode Praxis + Strategies is a small, 1 year old LLC that collaborates with small-to-medium non-profit organizations and businesses to identify, design, and implement interventions to address personal, interpersonal, or collective transitions.
NNPs work includes: strategic planning, systems design, mediation, and facilitation.

Having someone that can keep it all together in firm and caring ways is essential to this role, i.e. a human that can be shady, not cloudy. Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Coordinating and taking detailed notes at meetings with partners and clients
- Preparing communications, such as emails, invoices, + potentially social media
- Developing and editing documents from letters to reports and slide sets
- Creating and maintaining electronic filing systems
- Submitting and reconciling expense reports
Qualifications
- The ability + willingness to pause a conversation to seek further clarity
- Proficiency in MS Office or GSuite equivalent (specifically Excel + PowerPoint)
- Thoughtful and adept copyediting ability
- Comfort + practice of setting and naming clear boundaries
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask or develop personal methods to achieve tasks
